efiletax.in is a compliance technology platform operated by Starkbros Consultancy Private Limited (CIN U74999AP2020PTC114543). We provide software tools, filing assistance and consultancy support.

Where a Service requires certification, attestation or an act that only a qualified professional may perform, it is carried out by an independent chartered accountant, company secretary or other qualified practitioner engaged for that purpose. Those professionals are responsible for their own professional opinions and act in accordance with the rules of their institute.

03We are not a firm of chartered accountants

Nothing on this Platform should be read as a representation that Starkbros is a firm of chartered accountants or that it holds a certificate of practice. We do not solicit professional work on behalf of any chartered accountant, and no content here should be construed as advertising by a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Any reference to tax-saving instruments — such as ELSS, NPS, PPF, insurance or other investments — is general information about their tax treatment. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or financial product.

We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as an investment adviser or research analyst, and we are not an AMFI-registered distributor. Under Indian law, the responsibility for the correctness and completeness of a return or filing rests with the taxpayer or the entity concerned. Government portals remain freely accessible to you directly; our fee is for the assistance we provide, not for access to those portals.

11Limitation of liability
